Mobile Notary Roseville Public Fees and Services
- A travel fee will vary based on the distance and the location
- $15 per notarized signature.
- Travel services are available for homes, offices, hospitals, and other public places

- Travel fee applies if the client refuses or is unable to sign ($50.00)
- 45-minute notice is required for cancellations
- Faxing and e-Docs (loan packages) + $20.00
- Emergency or late hours notarization is an extra $20.00
What Documents are acceptable as my identity?
- Driver Licence
- State ID
- US Passport or Passport card (Issued by the US Department of State)
- Employee ID
- Foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS)
- A driver’s Licence issued by Mexico or Canada
- US military ID with physical descriptions
- Inmate ID issued by the CA Dept of Corrections (Only to be used to identify prisoners who are in custody)
- A signature by mark requires two witnesses
What if I don’t have my ID or DL card? Can I use a credible witness?
Yes, when a document signer is unable to present reliable ID cards, that signer may be identified on the
Oath or Affirmation of a Single Credible Witness – The identity of the signer can be established by the oath of a single credible witness whom the notary public personally knows. (Civil Code section 1185(b)(1)) and
- by the presentation of paper identification documents as set forth above.
Note: Every credible identifying witness MUST personally know the document signer and have NO financial interest in the document.
Oaths of Two Credible Witnesses – The identity of the signer can be established by the oaths of two credible witnesses whom the notary public does not personally know. (Civil Code section 1185(b)(2))
- Every credible identifying witness -known or unknown to the Notary MUST present a valid state-approved ID card to the Notary.
- Under oath, the credible witnesses must swear or affirm under penalty of perjury each of the things sworn to or affirmed by a single credible witness, as set forth above. (Civil Code sections 1185(b)(2) and 1185(b)(1)(A)(i)-(v))
Note: The credible witnesses must sign the notary public’s journal
